Those of us who have been following the Chuckie (Cheese) Hagle, and Johnny Brennan confirmation hearings are absolutely ecstatic to see a Constitutional argument that wipes the smirks off of the presidents and attorney general snot nose little faces.

The answer is NO Mr. President and Mr. Attorney General. You can’t cross this very specific line.

Thank you Senator Rand Paul for you exemplary defense of the Constitution.  What a great day for individual liberty in America today......even if we still get Chuckie and Johnny.
