Tiny Sample - 834  registered voters polled.....such big news over such a tiny sample. Irresponsible, misleading, and oh....it's flawed. None of these questions were asked so that we would have an idea who "A majority of Californians are."

1- Do you own a gun? Good information to find out if people voting are likely hoplophobic, really, really scared of guns.

2 - Are you familiar with Heller ? This would show who is up on the Supreme Courts latest call on the 2nd Amendment and who isn’t.

3 - Are you willing to pay more taxes to build more prisons? This would show if they really want to put bad guys in jail and keep them there.

4 - Do you know what a bullet button is? This would show knowledge of current CA Laws.

Now this would be an interesting poll, and one that showed why the questions were asked the way they were.......it's their AGENDA TO JUSTIFY A GUN GRAB.

Just having fun here, but I’d say a good part of this tiny sample are not gun owners, don’t know Heller, don’t want to raise their taxes to build more prisons, and haven’t the faintest idea what a bullet button is.  Who are they trying to kid with this field sample.  Like our new Secretary of Defense Kerry said in Germany the other day, “it’s okay to be stupid.”

Here's a newer poll that gets pulled apart in a California District " "New Poll Finds 92 percent In California's 10th Congressional District Favor Mandatory Background Checks For All Gun Buyers," blasts the headline on Tuesday's press release from the group Mayors Against Illegal Guns. The poll was paid for by the group's 501 (c)(4) committee, the kind of organization used extensively in 2012 to funnel unlimited, anonymous donations into campaigns across the nation."
