The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has not been nullified in California as the headlines have celebrated.  In fact, you can still be detained indefinately, targeted by drones and killed by the Federal Government here.

AB351 only limits the help the state will provide, but will still assist.  Not exactly what the press and Sacramento has led us to believe.

Dan Johnson goes line by line in the bill to show you why the bill still allows indefinate detention.  He also explains that this is a common tactic that makes the activist go away, thinking they succeeded.  We know better now don't we.
